“Amazing is an understatement!”

We were so disappointed to our delayed flight not just once but twice! But when we step out from the airport, a beautiful comfy limo came into view. The ride was so great. I never fell asleep every time I ride any vehicle and guess what? That was a first! Peter was so cool and accommodating. We cracked up everytime he jokes. We salute your service Kuya Peter :)
The apartment was clean and so homey. A home away from home is so true. Oh, did I mention that the internet connection was great? Yeah it was pretty fast.
Best experience so far. We will definitely return to that heavenly place hopefully next year. Thank you also to Peter, the owner, who was so nice and sweet during our inquiry. Thank you so much, guys! See you next year! God bless. :)

This is our first time in Baguio, but I really like to stay more days because its nice to stay!

The staff is friendly , also Myla and the kind owner.
I'm so glad that I found this place when I searched in many sites on Baguio.
My Buddy, Pinky, doesnt want to go home (but her husband will be mad!) and also
we cant leave her here because she will surely just stay outside..... he...he..he!

Our stay in Baguio, given that this Transient House is very comfortable.
homey & relaxing.
Plus the fact that this suits our Family very well.
Kuya Willy, the Driver and other staffs are very friendly and accommodating.
Wi - Fi also has a good signal.
All utensils and other stuffs that we need were available.

Yes the Wi-Fi is pretty good I must say and nice that you noticed too. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi is super important for our business and also for our guests! Each one of the apartments has its own dedicated router, so signal is going to be good where ever you are. We took the whole package that includes the van and the accommodation. Peter met us on time at NAIA airport and brought us to Baguio. We had the Starex Limousine and it was very comfortable for all 7 of us. He is very warm and friendly not to mention a very knowledgeable in everything Baguio. He provides us many options and take us anywhere we want to go. The apartment was basic, but functional. It has all the amenities and feels like home away from home. It is located on a very private and quiet area and is gated with cctv. We stayed 2 nights. The only complain I have is the length of the bed, I am only 5 ft 8 inches tall but my head touches the wall while my feet also touches the edge of the bed. Overall, this is a good value for the money. If you are looking for a hassle-free Baguio vacation, this is it! We'll surely recommend them!

Hi Ms Iza. We arrived last night from Baguio safe and sound. Thank you for giving us Fernan as our driver. Just want to express my profound appreciation for the wonderful service Fernan provided us. He was indeed an excellent driver and guide as well. He is very friendly, courteuous, patient, polite, helpful and even dependable especially when I had an accident of horse fall. He rushed me to the emergency in a nearby hospital to make sure I will be okay. Also, he never failed in assisting my Mom who has a disability. I can't thank him enough for the way in which he cared for my Mom for two days. Fernan is truly the best! My family liked him so much even my kids. He is an asset to BagiuoTransient.Com..His commitment to his work and safe driving made us so happy. Please convey our warm greetings to him.

Really nice transient home. Was there for 2 nights stay with my whole family and they all loved it last year. Price was reasonable, the location was decently close to tourist attractions. The owner was also very accomodating and checking on us regularly. I will not hesitate to come back and stay here if i have my whole family again.
One thing that maybe can improve on is parking space, if you have more than 2 cars/van..it will be very tight and probably will not fit. Other than that, the place is awesome.

For the past few months, I was planning to have a family getaway in Baguio when we visited the Philippines from the US. Not knowing who to contact or who to trust, I resorted to tripadvisor for recommendations. For being a Tripadvisor Excellence award winner for 3 consecutive years (not to mention the free wifi, a must with my family) definitely caught my attention! I immediately contacted the owners Peter & Jhoie and they where quick to respond to all of my inquires. They were the best deal in town to accommodate our group of 13. I went ahead and booked Apartment 4. Due to a unforeseen event, I had to change my booking and the Peter was very flexible and understanding of my situation. The place was very clean and secure, staff was very accommodating to our needs, Peter even visited to make sure that we were comfortable. Definitely a home away from home, it had everything we needed. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the Baguio tour service that they offered, a definite must, especially if you are not familiar getting around Baguio like us. Overall, I highly recommend this place for groups big and small at a very reasonable price! Thank you Peter & Jhoie! Hope to see you again and get the condo the next time around we are in Baguio!

Our first time to book for a transient house and van hire and we were never dissappointed. Traveling with the whole family became easy because of your excellent service. The place Is so homey and secured especially for the kid and the dog. The internet connection is very fast that we are able to update our fb's in minutes. The van hire is so awesome,traveling that far became comfortable. Kuya Peter, our personal driver and tour guide is the best and he is so polite. We didn't stay at the properties, but rented a van including driver at Baguio Transient from Manila to Northern Luzon. Had a great trip to Banaue and Sagada thanks to our excellent driver Nestor of Baguio Transient. He was very friendly and drove very pleasantly and safely. We were very glad to have him as our driver.

Your place was exceptional. One of the best places I've stayed in a long while. Being a person who is a bit OCD about a lot of things, this recent stay of ours was indeed like a stay in heaven. The cleanliness, the fresh linens, the ambiance and the freedom to move around is like no other.

Thanks to the internet, we came to discover the existence of "BAGUIO TRANSIENT" the place accessibility to notable and famous places of Baguio City, the house itself, its facilities at par and the owners Peter, and most especially Jhoie her welcome to us, the whole family members is exceedingly excellent. Most of all she is very accommodating aside from her friendly and very pleasant looks ahhh.....!We felt we are the real owners of the house, its a home away from home. We wanted to stay more but we also have things to do back home. Surely, we will count this house, the "BAGUIO TRANSIENT" our second home, our home for summer vacation and anytime we have time to visit the Pines City.

We were a group of eleven. Most are children. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and very professional. The condo we were given was very convenient, spacious, and nicely done. It had a flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and a kitchen! The kitchen was complete. It was really nice how there was a balcony per bedroom and we had an excellent view. The condo was accessible to the mall, Burnham Park, and restaurants. We definitely plan to come back in the future. Thank you so much, Peter and Jhoie.

“Perfect for the Family”

We enjoyed our stay in their Family Condo. It was huge and we fit in quite nicely. The location is also nearby to Burnham Park and SM. When Jhoie received us on our arrival, it felt like we were being received as long lost family :)

The condo is not new but it is quite well maintained. They have sufficient beddings for everyone, WIFI and balconies for two rooms and the living area. Their living area even had a great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks Baguio is also known for. The cooking and bathing facilities are adequate and sufficient. WIFI was a little slow because we had a lot of gadgets using the bandwidth. Maybe an upgrade is required.

They also have a little playground area which was good for the kids. We could also exercise there as it was quite lovely to be outdoors with the perfect weather. Our three little ones enjoyed the swings a lot. Too bad we didn't get a chance to use the BBQ pit in that area or the fireplace at the condo lobby.

The unit is on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb with heavy bags (except for the short steps into the lobby from the parking area). The place is very quiet and if you make some noise inside the unit, it seems pretty well contained (we had kids with us). Don't worry about parking, there is a lot!

On the booking process, It was very straightforward with Jhoie. Even after the deposit was made, she was contactable via email and answered my questions very well. Closer to the date, we communicated via SMS.

Since check in time is 12nn and if you made the early morning run to Baguio, try to have breakfast first at Cafe by the Ruins. I love the hot chocolate!

We usually in the Condo with our own family on New Years Eve, on the balcony with lots of food, ready for watching the Baguio Fireworks! This year we celebrated in our house in Crystal Cave... and watched from there!... believe me the view from the Condo is best! Me and my colleagues were really proud to say that our stay at Baguio Transient was perfect. Our driver kuya Louie was very friendly but a bit shy at some point, he gave us plenty of suggestions to where we could go and what we should see in Baguio. We met the owners Jhoie and Peter who were very very accommodating and friendly. The apartment (1) was very very cozy and clean. Cable TV, WiFi fits all our needs whenever were at the apartment. I would say that my 2nd stay in Baguio Transient is great and they're very consistent with their service and offerings.

We stayed here three nights with my extended family of a total of 16 people (mixture of adults and children). The place was perfect for us. We availed of the driver and van service offered by Peter and Jhoie, and we're very happy with it. Nestor picked us up in Tarlac drove us to Baguio and all over during our stay. Check in was accomplished expediently and very effectively by Rocia (thank you!). The kitchen, the living areas, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the view, and the service were all great!! The location was great as well. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Baguio! We will definitely be back when we can.

I have stayed in a fair few places and Baguio transient house definitely rates high on that list. we could not have asked for better hosts, you both are truly such amazing people and we really appreciated your caring, warm and friendly nature. it made the stay in your apartment feel more like home. we really enjoyed the conversations and laughter with you both. your transient house is truly a home away from home, it caters for people from all walks of life. I had not seen any photos of the place prior to arriving but my daughter had told me it was nice and it truly did not disappoint. it is very clean, warm and inviting. it has everything you could ever need to make it feel like home when holidaying with your family and the best thing is that it is not far from city centre. I would give Peter and Jhoie 200% for their hospitality, flexibility and assurance that everything runs smoothly for their guests. Thank you also for the free Labada, it’s small gestures like these that makes your service stand out from the rest… I plan on coming back to Baguio with my other children and will not hesitate to stay with you again. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone i know who wishes to visit Baguio, until next time :)

Peter and Jhoie made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible and really took a lot of time to ensure that all my plans went smoothly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them, you can't go wrong booking your stay through them. I rented apartment 4 for my parents and they enjoyed their stay there very much. I rented the Europa Condo for my guests and it had everything we needed so that we could cook our meals there on some nights and enjoy dinner as a family. The views from the condo were breath taking, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If I ever get a chance to go back to Baguio again, I will only book with them.

“Excellent family accommodation in the heart of beautiful Baguio”

We visited Baguio in February for our annual holidays to escape from australian summer heat. We booked this place on the net. We were greeted by the host themselves who made us feel very welcomed. Apartment itself was spacious and well furnished and had a modern feel about it. It had everything that we as a big group needed. It was also very accessible to the city and restaurants, parks, SM etc
( walking distance ). Apartment also has views overlooking the historical pine trees.
Hosts also helped us with some of our other needs...car hire for the day etc.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Baguio was at its best ...misty, cool mornings followed by plesant sunny day and beautiful sunsets.
We loved the city of Baguio and our stay here made our holiday extra special. We would definitely return here.

I booked the family condo for May 1-4, 2014 for 10 pax. Everything was set and i made the reservation deposit of P4,000. An unfortunate event happened recently wherein we need to cancel our booking. I explained everything to Jhoie and Peter via email. They refunded my deposit of P4,000 the next day. I am very pleased on how understanding this couple was. There were no hassles from them. I was even the one who brought trouble because of the cancellation.
The next time we will plan to go to Baguio i will surely book again in this transient apartment. Transaction was smooth. I even talked to both Jhoie and Peter on the phone. They are very nice and accomodating to all my queries. I hope to see and meet you next time Peter and Jhoie. Thank you again!!

When I was looking for a place to stay, online, it was done in a hurried manner. As you may know, things more often than not dont turn out the way we expect them to be.
This was the case with our accommodation in Manila.
Unfortunately we had to change our accommodation overnight!
However, I thought we are very lucky to have found this beautiful place of yours - well and truly a home away from home.
Not to mention the warm welcome we received on arrival, the staff's friendliness & patience (especially drivers Willy & Louie).
Everything is just so nice about the place, from the owners, staff and the actual apartments themselves.
Apartment 4 has a magnificent view, just about from every angle.
This place is one I'd recommend, not only to my friends and family relatives, but also to acquaintances alike.
